londoner It did fit my 10y old son. It could be used by any adult as well. The quality was amazing, it is well padded, which helped to keep my child being warm in a chilly Halloween evening. Some random people made a comment that he was cool in Taco costume. Very pleased overall. For a such good price we got the costume that can be used by whole family on different occasions
